特種防靜電水泥砂漿是我公司在道路搶修料和自流平搶修劑基礎(chǔ)上根據(jù)客戶(hù)需求特別配置的特種水泥砂漿，經(jīng)過(guò)極嚴(yán)格質(zhì)量控制，在工廠預(yù)拌的粉劑，可在工地直接應(yīng)用。它含有特殊的耐磨骨料（珠光體可鍛鑄鐵和導(dǎo)電體）、拉法基（波特蘭水泥）及用于提高施工性能的特殊外加劑、該金屬骨料和導(dǎo)電體是嚴(yán)格級(jí)配并不含雜質(zhì)。這些成份具有較高的導(dǎo)電能力和耐磨特點(diǎn)。

 

特種防靜電水泥砂漿性能特點(diǎn)：

特種防靜電水泥砂漿（地坪）對(duì)靜電聚集有良好的導(dǎo)電能力，當(dāng)使用適當(dāng)?shù)姆椒ń拥貢r(shí)，材料中可鍛性的金屬骨料和導(dǎo)電體提供地面一個(gè)高度防靜電火花產(chǎn)生和導(dǎo)電能力，可傳導(dǎo)地面的靜電。

導(dǎo)電指標(biāo)值：1.0×105Ω—1.0×109Ω。

在實(shí)際施工時(shí)的含水量情況下，固化28天后的抗壓強(qiáng)度可達(dá)100N／mm2

特種防靜電水泥砂漿（地坪）處理過(guò)的水泥地面比未經(jīng)處理的地面耐磨度高3倍。
