XNR-400B型熔體流動(dòng)速率試驗(yàn)機(jī)是根據(jù)GB/T 3682的試驗(yàn)方法，用于測(cè)定熱塑性高聚物在高溫下的流動(dòng)性，如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚甲醛、ABS樹(shù)脂、聚碳酸酯、尼龍氟塑料等高聚物。XNR-400B型采用工業(yè)PLC可編程控制器，液晶操作平臺(tái)，溫度部分采用單獨(dú)的溫度單元，LED數(shù)碼顯示。該機(jī)自動(dòng)控溫從操作方法上分為手動(dòng)、時(shí)控、自動(dòng)三種切料方式,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)質(zhì)量法（MFR）和體積法（MVR）兩種試驗(yàn)方法；該機(jī)能夠測(cè)得原料在試驗(yàn)溫度下的熔融密度，系統(tǒng)同時(shí)具有溫度校準(zhǔn)功能。                

該機(jī)是目前國(guó)內(nèi)同行業(yè)中機(jī)型，操作簡(jiǎn)單、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、可長(zhǎng)時(shí)間進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，深受用戶好評(píng)。

The XNR-400B melt flow rate test machine is based on 3682 test methods for the determination of GB/T, fluidity of thermoplastic polymers under high temperature, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, poly formaldehyde, ABS resin, polycarbonate, nylon and other plastic fluorine polymer. XNR-400B based on industrial PLC programmable controller, LCD operating platform, temperature part of the use of a separate temperature unit, LED digital display. The machine automatic temperature control from the method of operation is divided into manual and automatic control, three kinds of cutting method can realize mass method (MFR) and volume (MVR) of two kinds of test methods; the machine can measure the melt density at the test temperature of the material, the system also has the function of temperature calibration.
